About Me

Sarah, owner of Strong and Fed Fitness LLC, is a busy mom of four, a passionate entrepreneur, and a dedicated advocate for teaching women how to lift and eat in ways that promote strength, vitality, and nourishment. Her journey into fitness began in her early 30s when she was a young mom with four little ones (ages 6, 4, 2, and 6 months). What started as a self-care routine to reclaim her energy and confidence quickly evolved into a lifelong passion.

Now, a decade later, Sarah has turned that passion into a mission: to guide women in transforming their body composition through effective training and nutrition strategies, without overtraining or extreme food restrictions.

As a hybrid coach; Sarah works both online and in person, specializing in helping women build lean muscle through efficient, science-backed progressive overload training. Her unique approach emphasizes N1 certified biomechanics and a deep understanding of how muscles and bones work together, ensuring optimal results for her clients.

Sarah’s true calling is teaching women how to blend a lifestyle approach to bodybuilding with an emphasis on macro nutrition. She helps women improve their body composition, enhance their quality of nutrition, and create habits that fit seamlessly into their busy lives.

Sarah thrives when coaching driven, high-achieving women who are ready to embrace their potential and prove that it’s possible to have it all—balancing personal growth, career, and family while thriving in every aspect of life.
